• You have change management training.
• You have at least 3 years' experience as a change management consultant and have a proven track record of using the relevant tools.
• You have a strong understanding of project management.
• You are a proven communications expert and have a sure instinct for dealing with stakeholders.
• You are convincing, even at a higher level, as a process consultant and not primarily through your expert knowledge.
• You moderate groups, even large ones, with confidence.

• You have a broad range of methodological expertise as a trainer and design training courses that are varied and interactive.
• You combine agile and classic project management methods in the training.
