• Performance management: Introduction & rollouts of agile target management systems such as Objectives & Key Results (OKR)
• (Digital / agile) transformation consulting: consulting and support for digital / agile transformation processes, introduction of agile frameworks

... I make a lot of music. I play piano, write songs for up-and-coming artist Aurelia Coraggio, produce beats, and occasionally release my own songs under the name Caro Cassia. I’m also very into sports, especially tennis and fitness, and I love spending time with my family and friends, both at home and abroad.
