My approach: Helping organizations achieve strategic agility. Clarity on strategy, alignment, focus, transparency, and data orientation fall short in many organizations, even though they are critical to success. For more than 8 years, I have been helping companies in Europe and the USA transform their businesses through agile transformations. By introducing dynamic goal management frameworks such as "Objectives & Key Results" (OKR) and by helping teams adopt agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban among others I have supported dozens of organizations become more aligned, focused, outcome-oriented, agile, and innovative.

Senior Consultant in Europe and the USA since 2015 for strategy development, digital & agile transformations, change & innovation management, marketing, product development & sales in the telecommunications, logistics and consumer goods sector as well as for high tech companies in the areas of artificial intelligence and enterprise architecture.
