Elvira founded her own practice in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Development Consulting in 2004. She also held executive roles inside global complex corporations. Her most recent internal role was with Cytec Industries as Global Director of Talent & Organization Development, based in Brussels. Before that, Elvira worked for Dell Inc, as part of its Global Talent Management group based in Austin, TX. Previously she worked for Global Lead Management Consulting as Director of Consulting. Based in Cincinnati, OH, she worked for Chiquita Brands Int'l as an Organizational Development Manager for North America & Europe. She also worked for Baxter Healthcare in Chicago, holding a variety of roles including global strategic change consultant, project leader and senior financial analyst.
