New Work Learning Solutions

New Work: Buzzword or lived reality?

For some, New Work means an open office concept, for others a new way of combining life and work, and for still others the headline for the profound economic and cultural change we are currently experiencing. The New Work concept shows many facets between utopia and lived reality.

Digitalization, new technologies, AI, automation, and all-encompassing networking are making traditional jobs and professions obsolete. On the other hand, more and more young people are taking up jobs after their studies that did not even exist when they started. We are developing teams towards agility and self-organization and must live with the unpredictability and the ever-increasing change and redesign of the working world.

You will learn:

  • about New Work concepts and methods.
  • to deal with companies and departments that practice new work concepts.
  • about the impact on leadership and corporate culture.
  • what a successful journey towards New Work could look like.
