eLearning Award 2020 in the category Methodology for WBT "Project Management Essentials based on PMI®"

What distinguishes successful eLearning? Even after more than two decades of experience with the use of digital media in company training, this question is as topical as ever. With the annual eLearning AWARD, the eLearning Journal makes the state of the art in the industry visible.

The eLearning Journal jury presented the eLearning AWARD for the tenth time in 2020. orange cpm and time4you won the coveted eLearning AWARD in the Methodology category and convinced the expert jury with an overall didactic concept. The award ceremony will traditionally be held live on the stage of didacta on 27.03.2020 in Stuttgart.

Personalised, mobile, agile - the human being at the centre of the Learning Experience

Together with time4you GmbH, we implemented the online training with the goal of providing targeted support for the ongoing professionalization of project management and project managers. We sat down with our experienced PMI^® trainers and thought about how to train project management with digital support. Thus, in addition to the source materials and content, the experience and focus gained from the training courses were directly incorporated into the course design.

In the Project Management WBT, participants learn in 120 minutes in a practical and medially varied way what the essential steps of project management are according to the PMI standard. In the course, "real experts" from orange cpm also have their say in the learning units via video message. In particular, the fact that the online training can be adapted to the customer's needs has absolutely convinced the users and experts.

What we are most pleased about: All learners found the online course a valuable addition, with a high quality of learning and experience. Many of our customers now switch the training before the practical seminar. Private customers receive it directly online; an international German aviation group has integrated the training into its PM training using a customized blended learning format.
