I enjoy working with teams. I work with them to give them a suitable environment and trust base to bring all their capabilities in. Seeing them grow as individuals and teams fuels my work. I love working with Kanban systems as a very humane way of managing change. From time to time, I also work as operating Project Manager or ScrumMaster in order to remain grounded.

IT background (Dipl.-Ing. (BA) in Technical Science) and several years of Project Management and consulting in a large technology enterprise (Sun Microsystems). Comprehensive experience in e-commerce, DevOps and IT infrastructure projects. Strong methodological background and experienced in introducing and adapting both „classical" and agile approaches to managing projects.
