Scrum is a framework which is derived from practical experiences to enable us to master the most important challenges (increased complexity of products/projects, ambitious delivery targets etc.) in product development. Scrum is a frame and it needs to be filled, based on existing circumstances and ambitions of the project/environment. There is no single receipt for this venture, but you will be pointed towards some strategies to do so.
